Hey there! You've got two weeks until early applications are due (Nov. 1)!! Here's your to-do list to make sure your submissions go smoothly.
Your College Checklist (10/18-10/31) 🎯
Submit your EA/ED applications! Here's your checklist to make sure you've covered all your bases.
- [ ] Request your official transcript and check that your request has been processed.
- [ ] Check that your recommendation letters have been submitted correctly.
- [ ] Send your test scores. While many schools will allow you to self-report without official score sends, we recommend you send them to confirm your scores. If you are applying test-optional, read this article to make sure your scores aren't submitted with your application.
- [ ] Finalize all essays and short answers required on your application. Keep reading to see our last-minute essay advice!
- [ ] Proofread your ENTIRE application once you've pasted your essays in. Use the "Preview" feature in the Common App (or any other application portal).
- [ ] Make sure you've submitted both the Common App AND the supplement portion to the schools you're applying to. Submit by 10/25 to avoid technical difficulties and careless mistakes on your application.
- [ ] Submit any financial aid documents required by the school (FAFSA/CSS).
